Following Jesus Together
Berean exists to make and multiply disciples of Jesus for the glory of God.
Since 1963, God has been faithfully building His church at Berean. Today, we’re a multigenerational church committed to following Jesus together. Through biblical teaching, authentic community, and lives lived on mission, we’re helping people know God, grow in their faith, and follow Jesus together.
Our Story
For more than 60 years, God has been faithfully writing the story of Berean.
Rooted in God’s Word
Berean’s story began in 1963, when 13 faithful families gathered in homes for Bible study. At the time, Burnsville’s population was approaching 3,000, and God was already planting the seeds of a church centered on His Word. As the church family grew, those home gatherings moved into a small chapel house.
By God’s grace and provision, Berean continued to grow, and today more than 2,000 people worship with us each week on campus and online.

While much has changed over the years, our mission has remained the same: to make and multiply disciples of Jesus for the glory of God.
